He and his highly trained butchers expertly prepare each cut of meat for you and can offer advice on storage, preparation and serving.
Farmers all around know of Dan Moloney and his passion to offer ‘field to fork’ produce to his customers. They know that Dan will only pick animals from farmers he knows well and where he knows their rearing practices and standards.
When he handpicks each animal, Dan can tell by the look and feel of the beasts whether they will meet his high standards and are worthy of supplying the meat counter at Dan Moloney’s Master Butcher & Fine Foods. Dan knows that he can only stand over the quality of meat where he has complete traceability. It is because of the care with which he chooses the animal that Dan can offer his customers assurance of the highest quality at all times.
